Is there a way to change the cpu/controller assigned to the LUNs?

As we know, Hitachi controllers are active/active. The controller and CPU is "assigned" when the LUN is created. Assignment is balanced out automatically. A single CPU will failover to another CPU IF
the threshold is reached.

My question is this: Is there a way to change the cpu/controller assigned to the LUNs?

I have a LUN that was assigned to controller 1 and core Y. this LUN is consistently reaching a high 77% threshold with CPU and I only note controller 1 being pegged, it never transfers to controller 2 to ease the impact. I also noted that most of our luns are assigned to controller 1. If there was a way for me to assign another CPU to a lun, this would help alleviate the issue.

thanks!
