Storage Virtualization for Windows 2003 OS

We have a Hitachi G400 Storage and had successfully migrated AIX servers from DS8100 to G400 through storage virtualization.

Now would like to do the same for Windows 2003 cluster and standalone servers connected to DS8100 to XIV. Hitachi inter-operatability matrix doesn't have pointers for Windows 2003 (may be of outdated OS), yes we have plans to upgrade the OS but in the meantime we have to move all contents of XIV and DS8100 to G400 ASAP.

Any pointers, suggestions or experiences in migrating Windows 2003 to GS400 by storage virtualization is much appreciated.

Or is Storage Virtualization even possible for Windows 2003?

Thanks,

KKrish
