HCP Anywhere installation switches not working - MSI-file available?

Hello all,

We have recently decided to make the HCP Anywhere (HCPAW) client available to some of our users. We use Microsoft SCCM (1511) to distribute software.

My problem is that when testing the application, the installation doesn't seem to accept the switches, such as:

"HCP Anywhere 2.0.0.exe" /VERYSILENT /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES /NORESTART /SP-

to do a silent install with not messagebox and no reboot.

The setup is an Inno Setup .exe-file. I have checked the Inno Setup documentation, used the built-in help commands for the .exe-file and dissected it to make sure I'm using the right commands. I've also tried the installation through deployment via SCCM and installing the .exe-file from a command prompt, but nothing works - I get the messageboxes and install dialogues no matter what.

I can't find any documentation regarding distributing HCPAW (except for a single line in a document, suggesting the use of SCCM or some other deployment system).

Does anyone have any experience with this issue - or even better, know if HDS makes the HCPAW available as an .msi-file?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Best regards,

Anders
