I have a Hi-track configuration that has not changed in some time. Just yesterday I noticed that one hnas node shows "login failed" in the status column of the summary page. I'm using an id of hitrack w/my own password. So I went to the SMU and reset the password for hitrack, then did the same thing on Hi-track, -> under User management, I selected SMU, went down to the detail and reset the password there as well and did a refresh - same result.
What am I missing ?
