Hey François,
Yes, I've found a solution. I was facing the SSL connection issue, which I resolved by adding self-signed certificates to my workstation.
Furthermore, the problem stemmed from password encoding. Specifically, in Active Directory, the password must be encoded in UTF-16LE.
If you need screenshots, feel free to contact me via private message.

Subject: LDAP OUTPUT Create or update user password not working
Hi,
I'm trying to modify user information such as their password. I have Microsoft Active Directory.
In the LDAP output, I have configured the SSL connection and it is working.
When editing the schema from the search base on LDAP OUTPUT, the unicodePwd attribute is not found there. After checking on the LDAP server, this attribute is modifiable.
At the time of saving the user's password, I get the following error:
LDAP Feed 2.0 - [LDAP: error code 16 - 00000057: LdapErr: DSID-0C091284, comment: Error in attribute conversion operation, data 0, v4563]
From what I understand, it seems that the attribute doesn't exist, but it does. I tested it with PHP development and it works.
I don't understand why it's not possible to modify a password with Pentaho.
You will find all the screenshots of what I have tested.
Thank for helping on this issue.
