Hitachi Ops Center​

Moved to ops center from. Ams now gave Luns to window 2012. Taking 15 to 20 minutes while formatting what is the issue is it a bug in ops center

It does not happen for Ops Center, it probably happens for fsutil function on Windows, before format please try to disable the DeleteNotify function and post format you can enable it again this will reduce the format time, command is as mentioned below:

For disabling DeleteNotify

fsutil behavior set DisableNotify 1

For enabling DisableNotify function

fsutil behavior set DisableNotify 0

we never did this before i mean it worked earlier have a look it says some SOM settings its issue with OPS center please confirm looks like issue with OPS center

so fsutil is safe

UNMAP is performed in Synchronous Mode by default
