 Do we have a tool or portal for customers, like Hi-Track/Remote Ops, to allow the customer to see an inventory of their Hitachi storage and its configuration?Thanks

There are some good reports in Analyzer Detailed View. You can setup your own dashboard in Analyzer of the metrics you want to track and have them auto-update. Also some great dashboard available in ViewPoint

Alternatively for internal colleagues they can look into the Install Base tool.

Thank You William. Yes, know about the Install Base Tool, but not something a customer has access to. And I will take a look at Analyzer Detailed view and ViewPoint as options. Again, thanks.

I don't know if is this type of tool that you want but have the online site when he can see all inventory: https://clearsight.hitachivantara.com/ 

But is dedicated just for VSP (VSP 360), but for all environment and kind of machines the most recommended is OPSCenter.
