  • 1.  Encryption initialization / settings gone

    We have an array that for whatever reasons lost all the settings under encryption.      We had encryption configured and were just going to back up the keys again when we noticed the issue.  Everything appears to be greyed out except "Initialize settings".   We are hesitant to do this since we don't want to do anything to our data that was already encrypted.     Has anyone seen this and how do we go about fixing this situation?    THanks.

    Sounds like the SVP is not communicating with the Array. 

    Best would be to get support involved.
