This is quite severe, most important would be to open a support case and get the guys to take a look.
I've sometimes seen this if the tray comes up before the controller, a reboot could fix it. But I would most certainly get the support guys to take a look first.
You can then perhaps try right clicking them and clicking 'Restore' if that's available.
