  • 1.  No config & perfomance data in Analyser Detail View Server.

    Hello,

    we installed Ops Center 10.9.1 with Analyser,  Analyser Detail View Server & Probe.

    The following probes were created. The probe is successfully connected to the Analyser Detail View Server.

    From the Analyser Detail View Server perspective something goes wrong.

    Any idea how to fix this issue?

    Hello Jorg

    I've seen this before, what we often do:

    • Check if selinux is blocking the new files on Detailed view. You can disabled selinux by typing setenforce 0. You can disable it permanently disable it in /etc/selinux/config
    • I also find sometimes that the /home/meghadata/<folder, based on ApplianceID> would often not have the correct permissions and you might have to set this as well. Just do an ls -la home/meghadata/ and see if that's the case.

    Hi Jörg, 

    it seems it was running successful until 2023-03-11.
    So the question here did you changed something in the background ? 

    A restart of the Detail View Server did you already triggered ? 

    [root@occs bin]# cd /usr/local/megha/bin/
    [root@occs bin]# ./megha-jetty.sh status
    Megha server is running
    [root@occs bin]# ./stop-all-services.sh
    [root@occs bin]# ./megha-jetty.sh start
