Procedure to change the IP Address in Protector

  • 1.  Procedure to change the IP Address in Protector

    Hi, 

    what is the way to change the IP ADDRESS inside the Protector. 

    We already used the setconfig --resetmaster <NEW_IP> to change the IP and yes the Protector Web Service is running under the new IP. 

    But after login into the product, some config information are lost. 

    E.g. all the Hitachi Block Devices under the "Nodes" tab are away. 

    Any idea to recover that ?
