This typically happens when the array blocks the pool vvols as read only owing to a pool full condition.
If this is the case you have to use Data Retention Utility to unlock the pool vvols.
Go to storage navigator and check the status of the vvols as shown
in the picture.

Actually system is in unlocked state, and I am able to delete the basic LUNs, but not able to delete the DP LUNs which are vvols part of pool.

At the top right of your screen it should show if the array is locked and/or if the health of the system is ok.
From your message it seems like the machine is not in a heathy state. Might be best to raise a support request to fix the system and then you should be able to perform the operation require.
