  • 1.  user console not opening for pentaho 9.3 installation ec2.

    Hi ALL,

    we installed pentaho 9.3 community version on ec2 machine and the user console is not cominh up.
    But we are able to connect to the URL within the server.

    should we have to make any changes to server.xml and web.xml

    Please help.

    HI All,

    this issue is solved, the issue was with ec2 instance.
    After installing pentaho in new instance it worked.
