Hi everyone! I’m Joshua Dinen, the Product Manager for the Hitachi Vantara Community and one of the Community Administrators. In my role, I focus on building a seamless, engaging experience for our users while driving strategy, innovation, and ongoing improvements across the platform.
I also serve on the KCS Knowledge Council and am KCS v6 certified, helping strengthen our organization’s knowledge‑centered support practices and coach teams as they mature in KCS.
Outside of work, I’m an outdoor enthusiast — you’ll often find me skydiving, backpacking, or snowboarding whenever I can get away and enjoy the adventure.
