I am a Senior Manager in Global Customer Success & Support (GCSS) – Digital at Hitachi Vantara, based in London.
I focus on driving digital transformation across GCSS by simplifying processes, improving data quality, and scaling automation. I am KCS v6 certified and bring deep, hands‑on experience in Salesforce and Power BI, using these platforms to automate workflows, improve knowledge management, and turn operational data into actionable insight.
Working closely with support, sales, engineering, and field teams across the globe I am passionate about breaking down silos, challenging traditional ways of working, and embedding data‑driven decision‑making into everyday operations.
