Good day team,

How can I request to the factory team the configuration report for a B20 ready for delivery? This is important because lately the border customer inspections move the order of the disks into the trays and make complicated the troubleshooting during delivery...

It will help us to power on well the VSP's.

you might follow the procedure on maintenance manual e07inst5.pdf - chapter 5.

just follow the procedure I mentioned below to re-initialize the storage - this is the easiest way to bring the storage back online  - I doubt IDC will provide the order of the drives to you. 😀
