Does Remote Ops support HA820 G3?
 
I am looking for support table data, it has been confirmed that  HA820 G2 model is supported.
I have a question because there is no mention of HA820 G3 model.

Yes, it will support, Just create one user on ILO and HRO, keep the same credentials on both end.
