Hi William;

Thank you you so much for getting back to me, I cant access this link to download for some reason, am not sure if its only for busienss, its a personal account, and it asked me to enter the the product serial number and name, i entered the serial, but its not taking the name, its just a 1TB Sata external HDD 2.5". So I dont know what am doing wrong. I tried every combination I can think of but no joy.

Sorry I meant the system type like a HUS VM, G350, E590 etc. 

Often these systems either have an SVP where you can access and do maintenance operations, or an embedded UI that runs on the controller. If I know the appropriate Hardware platform I can direct you to the right document on docs.hitachivantara.com, where you'll probably not need Command Suite.

Its just a physical external HDD, SATA, USB Connection.  PLEASE advise on how to solve it, I have my weding videos and pictures on it. The mrs is giving me hard time like no ones business.
