 Re-Direct Graphs/Metrics/Trends to Grafana Server

Hi All.  Is it possible to get all the graphs/metrics/growth-trends and what not which we see in Analyzer & Analyzer Detailed View (and even Automator - Not possible for sure) send to a Grafana dashboard.  Like make these as 'Object Source" and then start getting the graphs there. Has anyone done that. We're able to do that for other vendors (only few, not all yet). But now want to do the same for Hitachi VSP-E-Series Arrays.  Please advise.  Thanks.

Hi William.

Thanks for the prompt response.  We already have a analyzer Probe Server, and it says that Analyzer adapter already comes with Probe Server. Now, we also have Grafana Server. Does InfluxDB comes with Grafana or is a separate component and needs to be installed. We do hear them both a lot when talking about Grafana. Since it such an important component along with Prometheus, it seems they(both) will be also there already. Any way to check on that.
