I got the same error in version 9.0. But in version 9.1 all works as expected. So I guess they solved the problem

What kind of error message do you get when you try to connect to the database? Which driver file are you using? Java8 is not supporting ODBC connections

Where are the transformations stored? It is now looking in the directory /public/transformations. The variable $(Internal.Job.Repository.Directory) is pointing to that directory. When transformation for exemple is stored in /home/admin folder you can also point to that transformation as /home/admin/trasformation ...

The h2 database is a file situated in ..\data-integration\samples\db\sampledb.h2.db. I think you dint have permissions to change that file.

Are you sure the the mondrian xml is correct? Did you refresh the Mondrian Schema Cache in the Pentaho server? Talking about Analysis Report, you are working with the Enterprise Edition. So you are a customer of Pentaho and can also ask the Pentaho support

just put the command line to start the carte server in a bat file. I would put 2 lines in the bat file. First to stop the carte server example when carte.bat file in same directory as bat file carte.bat 127.0.0.1 8080 -s -p password -u user and the second line to start the server carte.bat 127.0.0.1 ...

When you use a Pentaho repository to store your transformations and jobs. You can execute them from whithin the pentaho server. You dont need xaction files to do that
