China CMT TSN Cases Handling Guidelines
Specific Pricing Arrangement for all China Config cases (done by Configuration Strategist):
· DO NOT GIVE COST information to sales teams.
· DO NOT GIVE pricing approval to sales teams. If Sales team ask for pricing approval, refer them back to CHINA Sales Ops.
· GM – 35%, Installation Discount – 50%, HW Maintenance discount is populated in system.
· Attach PDF budgetary quote (Hitachi Proposal – New, include Cover Page, Include BOM, Quote Total Option= Option 5)
· 3rd party products (Brocade, CISCO) must quoted in USD (CPQ US Dollar for APAC v.1)
· Professional services to be added accordingly
