it’s work as design that Single AW Node can’t be ssh ? in a Single AW env in customer env and my lab ,we found we can't ssh ,even have enable the SSH in SMC , and can confirm there are no network issues,no firewall . In my lab ,there are only one NIC ,no backend , as our Guide said “ single-node VM system has no back-end network”

it's Not Designed Not to be able to ssh, definitely.
In my lab, ssh to a Single VM HCP-AW POD works !
You will have to Figure out your Route cause of FailIng this....

Are you using the correct ssh-Key with correct passphrase for root ?
...and are you using Pageant/Putty with password forwarding ?
GUI has nothing to do with ssh Access, as it is using the Tomcat Webserver...;-)
