    Hi,

    We are in the process of upgrading from v8.3 to v9.2 and have run into the below error.
    We would be extremely grateful if someone could point us in the right direction or offer a solution

    Hi @Andy Rathbone,

    Isn't Pentaho Upgrade Installer an EE (Enterprise Edition) tool? If so, you should contact Hitachi Vantara's Support for this.
