Hello.  I want to know, whether Micro Code bundle is downloadable by end-customer or Partner or not.  Or, it is only allowed to HDS Engineers.  Like few other vendors allow the code upgrades for mid-range arrays etc to the customer,  does Hitachi also allows the end-customer to upgrade the code or not.  Thanx.

Microcode Updates are always done by technical people (Hitachi or partners).

In the case of any issues, Customers don´t have the skills to troubleshoot.

Just trained people know, what they are doing there.
