    paircreate: [EX_ENORMT] No remote host alive for remote commands or Remote Raid
    Manager might be blocked (sleeping) on an existing I/O.
    Refer to the command log(C:\HORCM\log0\horcc_XLAB12-07_log.txt) for details. 

    Both the horcm instances are running from the same CCI server.
    Stopped both the horcm instances, changed the poll and timeout values in the 2 horcm.conf files. Started the horcm instances, ran paircreate again, got the same error.
    Then stopped the horcm insatnces, commented out HORCM_MON completely in  both the HORCM.conf files, started the horcm instances, ran paircreate again, got the same error. Please help to resolve the issue.

    Hello

    What does your horcm.conf file look like? Are you using a command device or IP Command device? Looks like it's not even talking to the array from the log.
