Ex, on Tier 2A, the version is 93-06-23-80/00 i can upgrade to latest version without upgrade to version 93-7-xx-xx/xx firstly.
The question, if i direct upgrade to the latest version, is it save ? because of that we know the gap of version is too long.
And then, if, the proccessing upgrade running and then failed, is able to rollback to version before ?

The Short answer is: Open a Case, a Direct Upgrade is very likely.
Regardless of the gap in versions a direct upgrade is usually supported. The local support team doing your upgrade will need to review the ECNs and Tech Tips that apply to your environment before they perform the upgrade.
