hello

i have issue with one of the storages vsp one when one of the power suppliers failed and storage was restarted from customer. After the restart the pool status is failed  and also in the maintenance mode i have error dynamic provisional pool error:  the dp pool LDEV blockade and the DP pool error is detected.  shared memory error : rebooted with volatilization 

i know that this has ben done to protect the pool after the pws failure but since no other error we need some how to unblock the pool. 

is there any option to do that .

Hi Glauk,

in such cases always open directly a Sev 1 Case at Hitachi Vantara.

If I remember correctly, there is a bug which could cause this issue and it's fixed with the latest VSP One Block B2x firmware.
