I have a text file output step creating a csv in a transformation that works as it should with no compression. Then in the text file output step when I choose zip on the compression setting under the content tab and run the transformation I get a zip file that seems to have size to it but when I open it there is nothing there. Unzipping it in windows gives an error that the zipped folder is invalid. I get no errors in the log. I'm on version 9.0 in spoon. What am I doing wrong?
Edit: I found that the gzip works fine while I have the above problem only with zip file compression. So I guess I will be using gzip.
