 Redshift bulk Loader: i dont find this object in kettle

Hello everybody,
in the PDI documentation it talks about an object that allows bulk load on Amazon Redshift

Bulk load into Amazon Redshift

but in my PDI installation I can't find it. I have searched both in jobs and transformations.
I'm using the version 9.2.0.0-290 (Build date 2021-06-02)

I can't find any guide online that tells me how to add this object.

Is there perhaps a plug-in to install? Or is it a feature not present in the free version?
