Once we disabled the port security and then zoning with existing host port and storage port. Then showing logged in.

As per hitachi doc, port security should be enable.

What is the issue and why wwn showing logged out state in port security enabled state?

Hello

Is your port set to PtP or F-CAL? Is it connected directly to the server or is it connected to switch?

Regards

What is the operating system? I've found on some - particularly ESX, if this is the first time that port has been presented to a Hitachi box , it expects to see a LUN or it doesn't login properly. I always now manually create a host groups , present a lun , then zone in.

If it is the case of a first time in this instance, create the host group and present a lUN , no you need to do an flogi , either by rebooting the host or disable/enabling the switch ports for that host or the switch ports for those storage ports you're presenting on
