  • 1.  Job scheduled on Pentaho server doesn't work

    Hi
    i've installed Pentaho server on Linux. I create a tranformation on my client and it works, but when i schedule the execution server-side i get:

    2023/04/26 15:09:30 - Error occurred while trying to connect to the database
    2023/04/26 15:09:30 -
    2023/04/26 15:09:30 - Connection failed. Verify all connection parameters and confirm that the appropriate driver is installed.
    2023/04/26 15:09:30 - IO Error: Invalid connection string format, a valid format is: "host:port:sid"

    I've already installed in development environment and all works.
    Same version of Pentaho Server, Pentaho Client and database Oracle 19c.

    Hi Daniele,
    check DB connection on server in Manage Data Sources section if it's valid.
