Hello! I'm an overall new user. I've been using kettle 7.1 with Java version 18.1.1.

when I call Kitchen.bat to run job/transformation it works perfectly fine.
But when I try any of .sh files at cygwin all it does it launches Kettle GUI
at the command line:
./spoon.sh # results in the Kettle GUI being launched
./pan.sh # results in the Kettle GUI being launched
./kitchen.sh # results in the Kettle GUI being launched

in particular here is my command:
kitchen.sh -job:"Pentaho/pdi-ce-7.1.0.0-12/data-integration/kettlefilesjob/Job_runtest.kjb"

and it launches Kettle GUI being but doesn't trigger actual job.
Please help me find out what is wrong with this command? 

Also, doesn't matter if I've had the Kettle GUI running already while attempting these(.sh) commands or not.
Hoping someone else ran into this and knows?
A word on this post would be really appreciated.
