PBA Import Error: 'Metadata importing error: [server data error], wrong code: 412'

    I am using Pentaho BA Release: 8.3.0.0.371 and Metadata Editor pme-ee-8.3.0.0-371

    I have just updated my New Model .mfi in PME and Exported it, with no error

    I get the following error when I try and Import Metadata, my New Model into PBA Manage Data Sources

    PBA Import Error: 'Metadata importing error: [server data error], wrong code: 412'

    Is this a space or Memory problem?
    The Model .mfi File I am Importing is size 4,141 K
    the PBA Server has been Started with -Xms2048m -Xmx6144m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m

    We changed the PBA Start up Script again.
    The PBA Server was Started with -Xms4096m -Xmx6144m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m
    But no Joy!

    We have now found the Meaningful error MySql Packet Error in the Catalina and Pentaho Logs.

    We have increased the RDS AWS Parameter for max_allowed_packet=512M

    PBA is not accepting the new MySql Packet Parameter from AWS.

    The Error is as follows:
