  • 1.  PowerShell - Automator with Hyper-V ?

    Hello ,

    A Customer is currently doing all  Storage provisioning via PowerShell scripts  together with Datacore.

    They are moving to E590s with GAD and would like to continue using this PowerShell approach to automate.

    Ideas?

    You can also use the REST API available on either the Storage Arrays directly or via Ops Center, here is an example video of how we did it:

    thanks very much!

    In the Infrastructure_Adapter_for_Microsoft_Windows_PowerShell/1.5.0  Guide, there is no mention of E590 and the last Update is from 2021  as far as I see.

    Wondering if the Infrastucture Adapter  will be updated or phased out in the future? Do you know what the Roadmap may be fo this ?

    Unfortunately, not

     

    I see that the VSP E990 was supported, but that could use an SVP not sure if it would work without one – and not sure this is why the VSP E590/E790 are not mentioned?
