Please provide the output of esxcli storage core device list showing the naa names in the screen above. Also, if the LUN number is > 255 then it will fail as vSphere cannot manage LUN numbers above 255.

Make sure the svc.hcs user account also has Storage Administrator View/Modify and Support Personnel then retry. Administrator only allows creation of users and changing passwords.
