Within our organisation, we are still doing Disaster recovery testing within an isolated network. We have just deployed HCP and HNAS in an "active-active" configuration. So HCP is configured for production replicating to our DR site. When we do DR testing, application and Databases are isolated within it's own network so that "real" transactions cannot influence normal production processing. The problem is now, with applications that need to be tested but isolated from network on which HCP resides. Is there a solution that will enable access for an application within an isolated network to communicate with the HCP for functional DRP testing?
HCP can utilize a virtual network for the front-end (data) network. Perhaps you want to create a "user-defined network" for those applications?
