error refreshing storage system in Device Manager

I am getting the below error when I am trying to refresh my storage system in Device Manager. Please give a solution for this.

"Cannot retrieve storage system data. (collected = 0, failed = 1 skipped = 0) (KAIC63501-E)"

"An error occurred during processing on the storage system (error code 1 = "1", error code 2 = "5132", meaning = "The specified user ID is already logged on, or the previous logon was not properly terminated.  Please try again later.
