I hope someone can help me here with this.

We have a MPX 110 switch connected to our SAN environment (we have a HUS 130). All the LEDs are green on the back of the MPX and the management port works and I can access switch via CLI. The issue is the GE port. The IP address for that port is down (not pingable) however the LED for that port is green. I traced the network cable and it is going into our core switch properly (same core switch the mgmt port is in) and network guys state they can see the link connection. What could our issue be?

Here is "show fciproutes" info:
  FCIP Route Information

  FCIP Route                           1

  FCIP Interfaces Status          Enabled

  FCIP Link Status                   Down

  FC Port                                  FC2

  GE Port                                 GE2

  GE Link Status                      Down

I have also run "fciproute mod" to re-save all settings and perhaps refresh the switch. Doing so will save it however the CLI freezes and then kicks me out. I have to log back in. The switch did not reboot as I watched it during my "mod". I also rebooted the switch manually and still GE port IP not pingable and shows as down.
