raidinf requires port 5443 open on a SVP to produce reports. GUM/CTL does not have a corresponding listening port. You can use the embedded CCI and use raidcom scripts to create config reports. Bill   You need to import vCenter certificates into the HAD truststore. This is documented in the manuals. You can also use the older but simpler document that is attached here.

Can you provide a screen grab of the raidcom user ? User has to be a global admin and not just a storage admin.
