In a namespace published in a HCP with CIFS protocol in windows server 2008, it does not let me rename a file or folder. I have all the permissions in the namespace.
This is expected behavior on HCP is a "feature." The HCP creates a SHA hash of each file (in the metadata folder) and you cannot rename the file as that would break the integratity control of HCP. You can delete and copy to new file... but you cannot change a file stored natively on HCP.
Look at the Hitach Data Ingestor (physical or virtual) if you want to have the features of a file server with the data protection and reduced cost of HCP.
