The manual may contain the library details and input
parameter format accepted by REST API.

For example, the input will be accepted in JASON format and
Jersey framework can be used on client side.

The basic idea is whenever REST API's are produced for
consuming, there will be a guidance document which gives an overview of
available API's and how to use it by creating a client [STUB] using JAVA.

The java stub usually contains the information on how to get
the login context from REST API login method and how to use the authentication
header obtained from login response to make other API calls.

This basically will fulfill our criteria for making a REST
API client to consume HCI REST API's.
