I have a AMS2100 with 3 trays, the day before yesterday I find two disks in the 3th tray are detached, I replaced one of them and inserted a new one(from Hitachi supplier), after one and a half days the disk light changed to green, then I replaced another fault disk and inserted a new disk. It's so badlly, untill now all data in AMS2100 still can't be read. I call the HDS supporter today I want to get some message with Failure Code: W09A2C, but they told me my SN was expired,HDS can't help me untill I provide one "new" SN to them. Oh,my God!!! Thier parents break up with them when they were 18?
