In the Search App (i.e. the generated GUI for performing search), it is possible to define the output to contain the "Document Metadata" in the Query Settings -> Results part of the index definition.
The question is what determines what will actually be shown in the expanded box? Almost seems random. I have all the fields I want to returned defined in the Query Settings -> Fields configuration; however, the most useful fields do not show up.
Any information to help understand the behavior and perhaps even how to configure which fields to show would be greatly appreciated.
