HNAS transfer rate

I test copy file on HNAS with following scenarios and I wonder why one session of copy cannot over 500MBps transfer rate.

Client1: 4xSSD RAID0, 10GbE, Windows 2008

Client2: SSD, 10GbE, Windows 2008

HNAS 4080 Node1: 4 x 10GbE

HNAS 4080 Node2: 4 x 10GbE

All of clients and HNAS connected to Dell 10GbE switch

Test scenario 1:

Client1 copy 1 session  to HNAS node1 = ~500MB

Test scenario 2:

Client1 copy 2 session  to HNAS node1 = ~500MBps + ~500MBps = ~1000MBps

* This scenario can prove

  - One node of HNAS can transfer up to 1000MBps

  - No problem on network, it can run at full speed 10Gbps

Test scenario 3:

Client1 copy 1 session and Client2 copy 1 session to HNAS node1 = ~500MBps + ~500MBps = ~1000MBps

Test scenario 4:

Client2 copy 1 session  to Client1 = ~1000MB

* This scenario can prove

  - SSD local disk can R/W > 500MBps

  - Performance of clients are OK

  - No problem on network

Test scenario 5: Connect the client 10GbE direct to hnas node1

Client1 copy 1 session  to HNAS node1 = ~500MB

Client1 copy 2 session  to HNAS node1 = ~500MB + ~500MB = ~1000MB

HNAS node1 copy 1 session  to Client1  = ~500MB

Anyone can tell me why it not over 500MBps per session?
