HCS 8 IS NOT ALLOWING TO LOGIN

Below is the error while trying to login :

Server startup failed. (maintenance information= Initializing error of DB Connect). Restart the Device Manager server, and then try again. If this problem persists, contact the Support Center. (KAIC16029-E)

 

I checked the status of the HCS Services and found HiRDB is stopped

C:\Program Files (x86)\HiCommand\Base\bin>hcmdsdbsrv /start
KAPM06443-E An attempt to start the HiRDB service has failed.

C:\Program Files (x86)\HiCommand\Base\bin>hcmdssrv /status
KAPM06441-I The HiRDB service has already stopped.
KAPM05007-I Already started service. service-name=HBase Storage Mgmt Web Service

KAPM05007-I Already started service. service-name=HBase Storage Mgmt Common Serv

KAPM05007-I Already started service. service-name=HiCommand Suite TuningManager
KAPM05007-I Already started service. service-name=HiCommand Suite TuningService

KAPM05007-I Already started service. service-name=HCS Device Manager Web Service

 

I tried to start the db using below command but it fails

C:\Program Files (x86)\HiCommand\Base\bin>hcmdsdbsrv /start

KAPM06443-E An attempt to start the HiRDB service has failed.

 

I tried to start HiRDB but it fails

C:\Program Files (x86)\HiCommand\Base\HDB\BIN>pdstart -q

KFPC00201-E Invalid environment,variable=PDDIR

 

Please suggest on how to proceed....
