In Seattle this week to walk with the Dinosaurs at the mainframe tradeshow SHARE in Seattle, WA.  Given grim predictions of immediate death for the past thirty years it is ironic that as the new millennium starts the only surviving CPU architectures going forward (not counting the walking dead) seem to be Intel, ARM and the IBM Mainframe.
