I got one on the 29th that was titled "Important Information for all Support Portal Users"
I'm not sure how you guys got my email address but common courtesy would require to put an unsubscribe link at the bottom like EVERYBODY ELSE.
How about looking up my email address in your Hitachi database and removing it. I'd rather not just block your domain but I think I've put enough time into this that it will be the next step.
