If the link does not work for you, or you dont see that information on support connect, the most likley issue is that you do not have any of that product registered to your account.
I would strongly recommend opening a case to get your portal account entitled to that array or product.
That way you not only have access to the Code Level information, but also to the Alerts and Tech Tips.
You can find that information at "supportconnect" tap in the HDS portal.
I tried from portal, no luck.

I'm in the same situation, i've browsed the Support Connect section. I do see "Products downloads" but can't find my storage unit under "Software" or "Drivers".
